It is going to be a 

SWEET Strawberry Season!

This will be our 55th year of Pick Your Own Strawberries at Patterson Fruit Farm. .

It’s always a joy to see familiar faces and welcome new ones to the farm. We’re incredibly grateful to our friends and neighbors from across Northeast Ohio who made the trip out to create memories with us, Whether this will be  your first time picking with us or your 55th, we can not wait to see you in the field.

The wait is over, the fields have lots of sweet, sun-kissed strawberries, and we’re thrilled to welcome you back for another berry special season!

Hours: 8:00am to 2:00pm unless we are picked out earlier.                                                                                                                                                                            

We often times pick out early so PLEASE CALL the strawberry hotline before you drive out to the farm. We change the recording 30 minutes before we stop taking cars so we can accommodate those who have already headed out way.

Call 440-729-1964 to reserve pre-picked strawberries from our Caves Road Market. We plan to have strawberries in our Market Memorial Day Weekend typically through June. 

Family History

Since 1971, Cleveland-area families have enjoyed picking strawberries at Patterson’s! The season typically begins around early June and lasts through the third week in June, depending on the weather and crop conditions.

We grow several delicious varieties that are perfect for fresh eating, freezing, or preserving into jams. Need tips or recipes? Just ask—we’re happy to help!

Picking Tips & What to Expect

• Best time to pick? Early mornings, before the sun gets too warm and we pick out of berries.

• Field hours: Open at 8 AM on picking days. Call the hotline or check our social media for daily updates. We often pick out early.

• What to wear? Comfortable outdoor shoes—fields can be uneven!

• We provide containers for picking, so just bring yourself and your love for fresh strawberries!

• Payment options: We accept cash, credit cards, and Apple Pay for your convenience.
